Wij zijn blij dat u hebt gekozen voor een koortsthermometer
van HARTMANN. De Veroval
®
DS 22 is een kwaliteitsproduct
waarmee de lichaamstemperatuur bij mensen via het oor en
het voorhoofd kan worden gemeten. De thermometer is bij
uitstek geschikt voor het opnemen van de temperatuur bij
kinderen ouder dan 6 maanden, maar kan ook prima worden
gebruikt bij volwassenen. Bij juist gebruik is een snelle en nauw-
keurige meting van de lichaamstemperatuur op comfortabele
wijze gewaarborgd.

Lees deze handleiding vóór het eerste gebruik zorg-
vuldig door, want een correcte meting van de
lichaamstemperatuur is alleen mogelijk als het
apparaat op de juiste wijze wordt gebruikt. Anders
kunnen de waarden die worden gemeten onjuist zijn.
In deze handleiding worden de afzonderlijke stappen
beschreven die voor het opnemen van de temperatuur met de
Veroval
®
DS 22 nodig zijn. Daarnaast worden belangrijke en
handige tips gegeven voor een betrouwbare meting van de
lichaamstemperatuur. Bewaar deze handleiding zorgvuldig en
binnen het bereik van andere gebruikers.
De Veroval
®
DS 22 is een koortsthermometer die door middel
van infraroodtechnologie de lichaamstemperatuur contactloos
kan meten. De Veroval
®
DS 22 biedt het voordeel dat hij
sneller is dan conventionele koortsthermometers. Bovendien
hoeft de lichaamstemperatuur niet meer oraal, rectaal of via
de oksel te worden gemeten.
Door gebruik van de meegeleverde beschermkapjes voor
eenmalig gebruik is de temperatuurmeting in het oor zeer
hygiënisch; het risico dat bacteriën of virussen worden overge-
dragen, wordt sterk verminderd.

    I'm afraid that i pushed the SCAN button on my DS 22 for too long when measuring my temperature
    When i released the button, the screen showed CAL, then 145, and now the readings seems to be wrong
    I would ask you if you could give me a hint how to re-calibrate my DS 22
