Hi there, I am have difficulties with my Tensoval Comfort Blood Pressure Monitor. I do follow the instructions for use, but when I then reach the point where it should start to inflate the cuff, the little screen shows that I must type in the date, etc. I have done this already a few times, but the very same thing happens. Seems to be going in a circle? Can you please help to resolve my problem? Many thanks!
