Eine Erweiterung von Dolby Pro Logic II mit zusätzlichen Front-Oben-Kanälen, die über

zwei über und außerhalb der linken und rechten Front-Lautsprecher installiert sind.

DTS-HD DTS-HD ist ein neues High-Definition-Audioformat, das als Ergänzung zum High-

Definition-Videoformat von Blu-ray- und HD-DVD-Discs entwickelt wurde. Es wird

mithilfe eines DTS-Kerns mit hochauflösenden Erweiterungen übertragen. Auch

wenn nur DTS 5.1-Surround-Sound gewünscht wird (oder verfügbar ist, wenn

das Multizonensystem verwendet wird), ermöglicht der größere Speicherplatz

hochauflösender Discs, das DTS-Audiomaterial mit einer doppelt so hohen Bitrate zu

speichern und wiederzugeben als bei DVD-Video-Disks.

übertragen über HDMI-Anschluss

DTS-HD Master Audio Die DTS-HD Master Audio-Technologie liefert eine bitgenaue Reproduktion der

Originalstudioaufnahmen in bis zu 7.1-Kanälen für eine unglaublich präzise

Wiedergabe.

• Auf Blu-ray-Disc oder HD-DVD-Discs, codiert in DTS-HD Master

Audio-Technologie, übertragen über HDMI-Anschluss

DTS-ES Matrix DTS Extended Surround fügt zum digitalen DTS 5.1-Surround-Sound einen einzelnen

rückwärtigen Surround-Kanal hinzu. Die Matrix-Version umfasst die in linke und rechte

Surround-Kanäle aufgeteilten rückwärtigen Surround-Kanalsignale und stellt die

Kompatibilität mit einem 5.1-Kanal-System her.

• DTS-ES Matrix

DTS-ES Discrete DTS-ES Discrete ist ein weiterer Extended (Erweiterter) Surround-Modus, der einen

rückwärtigen Surround-Kanal hinzufügt. Diese Signale werden allerdings auf der Disc

diskret kodiert und nicht aus den Signalen der Surround-Kanäle gewonnen.

• DTS-ES Discrete

DTS Stereo Liefert eine auf 2 Kanäle heruntergerechnete Variante von DTS Digital-Aufnahmen

(„Downmix“) oder eine matrixcodierte Surround-Wiedergabe.

Greetings of the Day!
Thanks for this forum to give the opporunity to share our problems and to address in a prompt way.
My concern is that my AVR 161S model having start up problem, after power on the power light showing in the device however after turning on the device the system goed into "Device Sleep mode" and turning off.
I unable to switch it on, but after randomly switch off the power multiple times its getting switch on and working properly. But i am unable to find the reason for the device sleep and what making it turning on again properly.
Kindly provide your expert suggestion to solve this problem. I tried with local service centers as the model is withdrawn by HARMAN even they are unable to find any circuit issues and the probel still unsolved.

No power of the receiver after the smoke seen from inside the receiver. I Removed the cover and seen avr card burning spot. It seems to me this card is replaceable. Where can I buy spare parts for this unit model no. AVR 161S/230. Submitted on 12-1-2022 at 12:13
