Troubleshooting table
The dishwashing results are not satisfactory
Problem Possible cause Solution
There are residues
or streaks on the
dishes.
The rinse aid is incorrectly
dosed.
Adjust the dosage (see „Adding rinse aid“ on
page EN-12).
There is no dishwasher salt. Add dishwasher salt (see „Adding dishwasher
salt“ on page EN-13).
The dishwasher salt is clumpy. Stir the dishwasher salt using the end of a
spoon or similar.
The dishes are not
completely clean.
There are food scraps which
are encrusted onto the dishes.
Soak dirty dishes prior to washing the dishes.
The dishes have not been
stacked optimally.
Stack the dishes in such a way that all parts
can be reached by the water jets (see „Loading
the dishwasher“ on page EN-14).
You have selected the incor-
rect wash programme.
Select the correct wash programme (see
„Wash programme table“ on page EN-17).
Also select the "Intensive washing" option (see
page EN-19).
The dishwasher detergent is
incorrectly dosed.
Use the correct dosage of dishwasher deter-
gent (see „Wash programme table“ on page
EN-17).
The water pressure is too low. Turn the water tap on completely.
The wash arm can not rotate
unhindered.
Ensure that no dishes are impeding the motion
of the wash arm.
The nozzles on the wash arm
are blocked/calcified.
Clean the nozzles (see „Cleaning the wash
arm“ on page EN-22).
Only one wash arm is active. See „Selecting wash arm(s)“ on page EN-18).
