Dishwasher operation
Preparation
Requirements:
– You have read chapter „Safety“ from see
EN-6 and understand all the safety notices.
– The appliance is set up and connected as
described in chapter „Installation, connec-
tion and commissioning“ from see EN-24.
– Dishwasher detergents, rinse aids and
dishwasher salts and multitabs are added.
Select the wash programme
and start
1. Open the tap completely.
2. Switch the dishwasher on using the On/
Off button (2).
An acoustic signal sounds and the “On/
Off” display (1) lights up.
3. Select the appropriate wash programme
(see „Dishwasher programme table“ on
page EN-18).
4. Press the programme selection button
(4) as many times as required until the
desired wash programme lights up in the
programme display (3).
5. Press the Start/Pause button (12) to
start the wash programme.
While the wash programme is running,
the programme display (3) of the selected
programme flashes slowly.
Additional options
You can combine the various dishwashing
programmes with additional options.
Half load
If you select the option “Half load”, only the
cookware in the upper dish rack (13) will be
washed. In this case, do not load the lower
dish rack (15). “Half load” is a good idea if you
have only a few dishes to wash and want to
keep water and electricity consumption to a
minimum.

– Press the “Half load” button (8). The dis-
play (11) lights up, if this additional op-
tion is active.
Delayed start time
The dishwashing process normally starts as
soon as you press the Start/Pause button
(12)
. If you want the cycle to begin later,
you can specify this.
1. Switch the dishwasher on using the On/
Off button (2).
2. Select the desired dishwasher pro-
gramme using the programme selection
button (4).

3. Repeatedly press the Delayed start time
button (6), until the display (7) of the de-
sired Delayed start time (3, 6 or 9 hours)
lights up.
4. Then start the dishwasher by pressing
the Start/Pause button (12)
.
The Delayed start time countdown starts
and the wash programme begins automat-
ically at the set time. The display (7) of the
desired Delayed start time will flash.
