Timer function
The timer function can be used like an egg
timer. The device’s cooking function will not
be activated.
1. Press the “Time / Timer” button (12).
The display (10) is showing 00:00.
2. Turn the function dial (14) to a time be-
tween 5 seconds and 95 minutes.
You can set the time in the following steps:
Area Steps
up to 1
min
5 seconds
1-5 min 10 seconds
5–10 min 30 seconds
10-30 min 1 minute
30-95 min 5 minutes
3. Press the “Start / +30 Sec. / Confirm” but-
ton (13) after having set the desired time.
The selected time is now counted down on
the display.
When the time has elapsed, 5 long signal
tones will sound and the device will switch
back to displaying the time.
Safety lock (child safety lock)
If the safety lock (child safety) is activated,
then all buttons including the function selector
will not work.
Activating the safety lock is only pos-
sible when the device is in sleep
mode.
• In order to switch on the safety lock, press
and hold the “Stop / Delete” button (15)
for approximately 3 seconds.
A signal tone will sound, and the lock sym-
bol
will appear above the time on the
display (10).
• To switch off the safety lock, press and
hold the “Stop / Delete” button again for
approximately 3 seconds.
A signal tone will sound, and the lock sym-
bol on the display will disappear. The but-
tons have been unlocked again.
Function query
• You can check the time during the cook-
ing process by pressing the “Time / Timer”
button (12).
The time display then switches back auto-
matically to the cooking display.
• You can check the power level during the
cooking process by pressing the “Func-
tion” button (16).
The power level display then switches back
automatically to the cooking display.
