6.5. Fahrradfahren in der Luft
Diese Übung ist nur für ein fortgeschrittenes
Training geeignet!
Nehmen Sie die Ausgangsposition ein und nehmen Sie
beide Beine in die Luft, etwa 25 cm über dem Boden.
Ziehen Sie ein Bein langsam zu Ihrer Brust, wäh-
rend Sie das andere Bein möglichst gestreckt halten,
jedoch nicht auf den Boden aufstützen. Gehen Sie in
die Ausgangslage zurück und machen Sie die gleiche
Bewegung mit dem anderen Bein.
ACHTUNG!
Je langsamer und korrekter Sie die einzelnen
Übungen ausführen, desto schneller können Sie Ihre
Bauchmuskeln entwickeln. Machen Sie pro Übung min-
destens 10 Wiederholungen. Steigern Sie Ihr Training
langsam über mehrere Wochen hinweg.

6.5. Bike pedalling in the air
This exercise is only suitable only for a
advanced training!
Take the starting position and push up both legs into
air about 25 cm over the ground. Pull one leg at a time
slowly to your chest, while you keep the other leg as
stretched out as possible, DO NOT place the other leg
on the ground. Go back into the initial starting position
and do the same movement with the other leg.
IMPORTANT!
The more slowly and more correctly you do the individual
exercises the faster your AB muscles develop. Do 10
repetitions per exercise. Increase your training slowly
over several weeks.
