5.4 Training zonder gebruikersinstelling
Start uw oefening en alle waarden beginnen vanaf nul.
5.5 Training met gebruikersinstelling
Selecteer de gewenste waarden door op de MODE-knop te
drukken. De geactiveerde waarde zal knipperen. U kunt de
waardes wijzigen door op de SET-knop te drukken. Door op de
MODE-knop te drukken wordt de volgende waarde geactiveerd.
Om een waarde te herstellen, drukt u gedurende een korte
tijd op de RESET-knop. Om alle ingestelde gegevens te verwij-
deren, moet u de RESET-knop langer dan 2 seconden ingedrukt
houden totdat u een pieptoon hoort.
LET OP: Als u meerdere waarden instelt, zal de computer
piepen als de eerste waarde „0“ is bereikt. Als u uw ingestelde
hartslag voorbij bent, piept de computer om de 3 seconden.
5.6 Harstlagmeting
Sluit de hartslagkabel aan in de hartslagmeting stekker (harts-
lag input) aan de achterzijde van de computer. Plaats beide
handen op de contactsensoren, die zich op de hendels bevin-
den. Indien u een hand van de contactsensoren afhaalt, zal het
langer kunnen duren om de correcte watt waarde te meten.
Hou beide handen op de contactsensoren.
Als u een hand van de contactsensor haalt, heeft het systeem
wat tijd nodig om de juiste data te tonen.
Waarschuwing: Systemen voor hartslagmeting kun-
nen onjuiste waardes weergeven. Overmatig trainen
kan uw lichaam schaden of de dood als gevolg heb-
ben. Stop direct met uw training indien u zich zwak of
licht in uw hoofd voelt!
5.7 Herstelfunctie
Druk tijdens de training met hartslagmeting op de RECOVERY
knop (beide handen moeten na het indrukken van de knop
direct op de contactsensoren gehouden worden) en stop met
peddelen. Alle computergegevens stoppen onmiddelijk.
De computer zal de hartslag voor de komende 60 seconden
meten. Uw fitness score (F1 - F6) zal verschijnen op het scherm.
Calculatie:
Het verschil (DIFFERENCE) tussen de hartslag aan het einde
van de oefening en de hartslag 60 seconden na het indrukken
van de herstelknop (RECOVERY).
Uitleg:
Deze hometrainer is uitgerust met een herstelfunctie van de
hartslagmeting, zodat u uw prestatie niveau kunt behouden
of verbeteren. Een belangrijke indicator van uw conditie is de
snelheid van uw herstelvermogen. Als de hartslag binnen een
minuut na het voltooien van de oefening daalt met ongeveer
30%, kunt u ervan uitgaan dat u een goede conditie heeft.
5.4 Training without set values
Start your exercise and all values count from zero.
5.5 Training with set values
Select the values you want to set by pressing the MODE-button.
The activated value is blinking. Pressing the SET-button will
change the value, pressing the MODE-button will activate the
next value.
If you want to reset a value, please activate it and press the
RESET-button for a short time. To delete all set data, you have
to press the RESET-button for more than 2s until you will hear
a beep.
Attention: If you set several values, the computer will beep
if the first value reach „0“. If you pass your set heart rate, the
computer will beep every 3 seconds.
5.6 Hand pulse measurement
Plug in the hand pulse cable in the hand pulse plug (Pulse
input) at the back of the computer. Please put both hands on
the sensors, which are assembled on the handlebar. If you lift
off one hand off the sensor during measuring, it will take some
time to reach the correct watt value.
Both hands have to be kept on the hand pulse sen-
sors.
If you take off one hand of the handpulse sensor, the system
need some time to show the correct datas.
Warning: Systemes for heartrate control maybe
incorrect. Too much exercise can cause injuries or
death. If you feel weak or dizziness stop the exercise
immediatly.
5.7 Recovery function:
During training with pulse control press the RECOVERY button
(pulse grip – both hands must grip the sensors immediately
after pressing the button) and immediately stop pedalling. All
computer data are immediately stopped. The time counts down
from 00:60 for one minute to 00:00. Then your fitness score
(F1 – F6) appears on the display.
Calculation:
The DIFFERENCE between the pulse rate at the end of training
and the pulse rate 60 seconds after pressing the
RECOVERY button.
Explanation:
This exercise bike is equipped with a recovery pulse measure-
ment feature, so that you can reconstruct your performance
status or a performance improvement. An important indicator
for your fitness is the speed of your body‘s recovery. If the
training pulse decreases within one minute after completing
training by about 30 %, you can assume that you are in a good
training condition.
