5.2 Computer Inbetriebnahme
5.2.1 Quick Start
Schalten Sie das Laufband ein.
Positionieren Sie den Not-Aus-Schlüssel auf der
gekennzeichneten Position. Ein Signalton ertönt, das
PULSE/CAL Fenster zeigt 0, das SPEED/DISTANCE Fenster
zeigt 0, und im großen Anzeigefenster leuchtet ein Herzsymbol
Drücken Sie START-Taste um das Laufband zu starten.
Das Laufband startet mit einer Geschwindigkeit (SPEED) von 1.0
km/h, und einer Steigung (INCLINE) von 0%.
Während des Trainings können Sie durch Drücken den SPEED-
Tasten die Geschwindigkeit oder durch Drücken der INCLINE-
Tasten die Steigung ändern. Dasselbe funktioniert auch mit
den Quick-Tasten.
Drücken Sie die STOP-Taste, dann stoppt das Laufband und
bleibt im Pause-Modus für 5 Minuten, anschließend geht es
automatisch zurück in den Start-Modus. Um das Training im
Pause-Modus fortzusetzen drücken Sie die Start-Taste, um das
Training zu beenden drücken Sie die STOP-Taste.
5.2.2 Programm Modus
In der Startposition drücken Sie die PROGRAM-Taste.
Zum Anwählen der Programme P1-P19 drücken Sie die
Programm-Pfeiltasten.
Zum Bestätigen Ihrer Auswahl drücken Sie die ENTER-Taste.
Es wird eine vorgeschlagene Zeit angeszeigt, welche durch
Drücken der INCLINE oder SPEED -Tasten geändert werden
kann.
Drücken Sie die ENTER-Taste und ein anschließendes Drücken
der START-Taste startet Ihr Training.
Die Steigung und die Geschwindigkeit können während des
Trainings kontinuierlich geändert werden.
WARNUNG: Systeme der Herzfrequenzüberwachung
können ungenau sein. Übermäßiges trainieren kann
zu ernsthaftem gesundheitlichem Schaden oder Tod
führen. Wenn Sie sich einer Ohnmacht nahe fühlen, ist
das Training sofort zu unterbrechen!
5.2 Computer operation
5.2.1 Quick Start
Turn on the treadmill.
Put the safety key in the recess of the console. The beeper
will sound and the PULSE/CAL window will display 0, the
SPEED/DISTANCE window will display 0 and in the big windon
heartsymbol is blinking.
Press START to start the treadmill and it will start at
SPEED = 1.0 km/h, INCLINE = 0%.
During work out, press SPEED to increase or decrease the
speed, or press INCLINE to increase or decrease the incline. You
can also do it with the Quick-buttons.
During work out, press STOP once, the treadmill will stop
running for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the treadmill will go
back to start mode. To continue yiur exercise during this 5
minutes, press START.
5.2.2 Program control mode
Press the PROGRAM-button in the starting position and use
the Program-arrow buttons to select your program P1-P19.
To confirm your choice, press the ENTER-button.
A preset time will be shown in the dispaly, which can be
changed by pressing the INCLINE or the SPEED -buttons.
If everythingnis finalized, press the ENTER-button and finally the
START-button to start your exercise.
P1: Standard 5000m Programm. The treadmill will stop, after
your have finished the 5000m. This program is mainly for
jogging.
WARNING: Systems with heartrate control can be
incorrect. Too much exercise could injure your body or
can cause dead. If you feel light theaded or weak, stop
your exercise immediately!
