6.4 Inspuiten van de band
Een goed ingespoten band zorgt voor minimale slijtage. Voor de eerste training hoeft u de band niet
in te spuiten. Dit proces dient elke 6 maanden te worden uitgevoerd bij een trainigingsbelasting van
3x per week 30 minuten.
Voor dat u de loopband in gaat spuiten zorgt u er voor dat de loopband uitgeschakeld is. Plaats uw
hand tussen de band en het dek. Als u nog wat vettigheid voelt is het niet nodig om de band in te
spuiten. Als dit droog aanvoelt is het nodig dat u begint met inspuiten.
Hoe moet u dat doen:
1) Stop de band als u de zoom aan de voorkant van de loopband ziet
2) Til de band iets op en plaats wat siliconenspray tussen de band en het dek beginnende bij de
voorkant en eindig bij de achterkant. Smeer de band ook aan de andere kant in.
3) Start de loopband met een snelheid van 1 km/h en loop op de band van links naar rechts zo
dat de siliconenspray goed wordt geabsorbeerd.
