5.5.3 HRC Modus
Es besteht die Möglichkeit nach Pulsvorgaben zu
trainieren. Durch Drücken der UP/DOWN-Taste
aktiven Sie HRC. Bestätigen Sie diese Eingabe durch
Drücken der MODE-Taste. Anschließend können Sie
mit den UP/DOWN-Tasten Ihr Alter eingeben. Die
korrekte Eingabe ist Voraussetzung für eine richtige
Berechnung der Pulsobergrenze! Haben Sie das Alter,
dann drücken Sie zum Bestätigen die MODE-Taste.
Nun besteht die Möglichkeit durch Drücken der UP/
DOWN-Tasten die Trainingsbelastung, welche basie-
rend auf Ihrem Alter errechnet wurde auszuwählen.
Die errechnete Trainingsherzfrequenz erscheint dann
oben im Pulsfenster. Zur möglichkeit stehen 55%,
75%, 90% oder TAG. Bei TAG können Sie die maximale
Trainingsherzfrequenz selber bestimmen. Drücken der
MODE-Taste bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl und es blinkt
die Zeitauswahl, welche mit den UP/DOWN-Tasten kann
die Trainingszeit von 1-99min vorgegeben werden. Die
Trainingszeit muss nicht vorgeben werden. Haben Sie
sich für eine Zeit entschieden drücken Sie die START/
STOP-Taste. Ihr Training beginnt.
5.6 Puls Messung
Handpulsmessung: Positionieren Sie beide Hände auf
den Handpulssensoren am Lenker. Sollten Sie eine
Hand vom Sensor lösen, dann kommt es zu einer
Messunterbrechung und es dauernd anschhließend ein
paar Sekunden, bis der korrekte wert wieder angezeigt
wird.
Es müssen immer beide Kontaktstellen für die
Pulsaufnahme fest von den Handflächen
umschlossen sein.
5.7 Erholungspuls-Messung
Bei Trainingsende „RECOVERY“drücken und mit Treten
aufhören. Der Computer misst 60Sekunden lang Ihren
Puls. Bei einer Pulsdifferenz von ca. 20% erhalten Sie die
Note F1 (sehr gut).
5.5.3 HRC Mode
There is the option to make an HRC training. By pres-
sing UP/DOWN, select the HRC Mode. Confim it by
pressing MODE. Your age is now requested and can
be set with the UP and DOWN buttons. Confirm it by
pressing MODE. After this confirmation, there are the
different HRC levels, 55%, 75%, 90% or TAG. The per-
centage is the result of the exercise heartrate, which
will be calculated based on your age. If you choose TAG,
you are allowed to set your own target heartrate. To
confirm the selection, press MODE. The time window
is activated.If you want to set a exercise time, set this
values by pressing the UP and down buttons from
1-99min or leave it, than all figures will count up. To
start your exercise press the START/STOP-button.
5.6 Pulse measurement
Handpulse measurement: Please put both hands on the
sensors, which are assembled on the handlebar. If you
lift off one hand off the sensor during measuring, it will
take some time to reach the correct value.
Both hands have to be kept on the hand pulse
sensors.

Pulse recovery function
After you finished your exercise press RECOVERY and
stop pedalling. The computer will measure the heartrate
for the next 60 seconds. If the difference between the
starting and end heartrate is around 20%, you will get the
grade F1 (very good).
