CERTIFICAT DE GARANŢIE

Ceasul dumneavoastră HAMILTON este garantat de Hamilton

International Ltd. pe o perioadă de douăzecişipatru (24) de luni

de la data cumpărării, conform condiţiilor acestui certicat de

garanţie. Garanţia internaţională HAMILTON acoperă defectele

de manoperă şi de material existente la data livrării ceasului

HAMILTON cumpărat (defecte). Garanţia intră în vigoare doar în

cazul în care certicatul de garanţie este datat, completat corect

în întregime şi sigilat de către un dealer autorizat HAMILTON (cer-

ticat de garanţie valabil).

În timpul perioadei de garanţie, prin prezentarea certicatului

de garanţie valabil, aveţi dreptul să reparaţi gratuit orice defecţi-

une. În cazul în care reparaţiile nu pot reface condiţiile normale

de funcţionare a ceasului dumneavoastră HAMILTON, Hamilton

International Ltd. garantează înlocuirea acestuia cu un ceas

HAMILTON identic sau cu un altul având caracteristici similare.

Garanţia pentru ceasul înlocuit expiră în termen de (24) de luni

de la data procurării lui.

Aceast certicat de garanţie nu acoperă:

lanţurilor din material neferos, cum ar  pielea, materialul tex-

e.g., din folosirea anormală/abuzivă, lipsa de îngrijire, neglijenţă,

accidente (lovituri, izbiri, geamul spart, etc.), folosirea necores-

punzătoare a ceasului şi nerespectarea indicaţiilor de folosinţă

în urma folosirii, a neutilizării acestuia, defectelor sau neacu-



rizate (de exemplu în timpul înlocuirii bateriei, al service-ului

sau al reparaţiilor) sau care a suferit modicări, depăşind astfel

capacitatea de reparare a Hamilton International Ltd.

Orice altă cerinţă prescrisă de la rma Hamilton International

Ltd. privind stricăciunile, altele decât cele descrise în acest

certicat de garanţie este categoric exclusă, facând excepţie

drepturile legitime pe care le-ar putea avea cumpărătorul asu-

pra producătorului.

Certicatul de garanţie al producătorului prezentat mai sus,

ceasul dumneavoastră are nevoie de îngrijire, solicitaţi dealer-ul

ocial HAMILTON sau un Centru de Service autorizat HAMILTON,

prevăzut în lista alăturată: aici se poate garanta un service la stan-

dardele Hamilton International Ltd.

International Ltd.* za period od dvadesetčetiri (24) meseca od
