Du kan tilpasse tness-trackeren til dine personlige krav iIndstillinger,som du kan kalde frem under

udvælgelseslinjen ved at trykke på [Set](Android)/[Setting](iOS).

iOS/Android:

6.6.1 Tænd skærm ved løft

•Vælg [Bright screen](Android)/[Lift wrist to bright screen](iOS), og aktiver funktionen iundermenuen.

•Aktivering af denne funktion gør det muligt at aktivere tness-trackerens skærm, når du bevæger armen opad.

6.6.2 Forstyr ikke-tilstand

•Vælg [DND mode], og aktiver funktionen iundermenuen.

•Du kan indstille start- og sluttidspunkter iundermenuen. Iden indstillede periode vil du ikke modtage nogen

meddelelser på din tness-tracker.

6.6.3 Alarm/Ur

•Vælg [Alarms](Android)/[Alarm Setting](iOS) for at indstille forskellige alarmtider.

•Du kan tilføje en alarm ved at trykke på [+].

•Foratgøredette skal du vælge den ønskede alarmtid samt ugedag iundermenuen.

•Bekræft dit valg ved at trykke på [Conrm].

6.6.4 Bevægelsespåmindelse

•Vælg underpunktet [Long sit remind](Android)/[Long sit reminder](iOS), og aktiver funktionen i

undermenuen for at indstille et tidsinterval for bevægelsespåmindelse.

•Efter en periode med inaktivitet begynder tness-trackeren at vibrereiden indstillede periode og efter den

indstillede varighed, hvis vibrationsfunktionen er aktiveret.
