6.6 Réglages
Dans les paramètres auxquels vous accédez via la barredesélection en appuyant sur [Ensemble](Android) /[Set]
(iOS), vous pouvez adapter le tness tracker en fonction de vos besoins individuels.
iOS/Android :
6.6.1 Activation de l’affichage en levant le poignet
•Sélectionnez [Soulevez le poignet](Android) /[Ecran](iOS) et activez la fonction dans le sous-menu.
•Si vous activez cette fonction, vous pouvez activer l’écran du tness tracker d’un simple mouvement du bras.
6.6.2 Mode Ne pas déranger
•Sélectionnez [Mode DND](Android) /[Mode de désactivation](iOS) et activez la fonction dans le sous-menu.
•Dans le sous-menu, vous pouvez régler l’heurededébut et l’heureden. Pendant l’intervalle de temps
paramétré, vous ne recevrez aucune notication de votre tness tracker.
6.6.3 Réveil
•Sélectionnez [Mes alarmes](Android) /[Le réveil](iOS) andeparamétrer différentes heures de réveil.
•En appuyant sur [+], vous pouvez ajouter une alarme.
•Pour cela, réglez l’heuredel’alarme ainsi que le jour de la semaine souhaités dans le sous-menu.
•Conrmez votresélection en appuyant sur [Conrmer](Android) /[Oui](iOS).
6.6.4 Alarme vous invitant àbouger
•Sélectionnez la rubrique [Restez assis longtemps](Android) /[Rappelez](iOS) et activez la fonction dans le
sous-menu andeparamétrer l’intervalle de temps de l’alarme vous invitant àbouger.
•En cas d’inactivité, le tness-tracker se met àvibrer dans l’intervalle de temps déni et une fois la durée
paramétrée écoulée si la fonction de vibration est activée.
