When you insert the batteries, all the symbols on the

tone.
The weather station will now start to make a
connection to the outdoor sensor. This operation
takes about three minutes and is displayed by a
ashing reception symbol in the “OUTDOOR”
display area.
After the weather station has created a connection
to the outdoor sensor, it will then commence automatic
reception of the DCF radio signal.
This operation takes about seven minutes and is

will appear continuously in the display.

Normal clock mode.
There are seven languages available for the day
display: German(GE), English(EN), French(FR),
Danish(DA), Dutch(NE), Italian(IT) and Spanish(ES)
Explanation of the time zone display:
If you are in a country in which the clock still receives
the DCF signal, but in which the actual local time is
different, then you can use the time zone adjustment to
adjust your clock to the local time.
If, for example, the local time in the country you are
in is one hour draggle of Great Britain time, then set
the time zone display to -01.
The clock is now DCF-controlled, but is showing a time
one hour draggle. Using this principle, you can also
use this clock as an aid when dealing with people
overseas. For example, you want to know what the
time is in the USA. Set the time zone display to –07 for
the current time in Chicago, etc.
Setting the daily alarms
The weather station possesses two daily alarms. To view
the set alarm times, press the “Alarm” button briefly. The
display switches from the clock to Alarm 1 and, if you
press the button again, to Alarm 2, after ten seconds,
the weather stations switches back to the normal time
display.
Proceed as follows to set the daily alarms:
Press and hold down the “Alarm” button for three
seconds until alarm time 1 and the ashing icon are
displayed.
Now use the “+&-/Wave” button to select the alarm
time you require and then briefly press the “Alarm”
button to set this time.
The hour display of the alarm time starts to ash. Use
the arrow keys “+&-/Wave” to set the required hour.
Press “Alarm” to confirm your setting.
The minute display of the alarm time starts to ash.
Use the arrow keys “+&-/Wave” to set the required
minute.
Press “Alarm” to confirm your setting and to end the
setting procedure.
