Pazite: Shranjevanje
► Ohranite razdaljo med hrano in senzorjem več kot 10 mm, da zagotovite učinek hlajenja.
► Med delovanjem naprave uporabite najnižji predal, da zagotovite učinek hlajenja.
► Hrano z ledom (kot je sladoled itd.) shranjujte v predelu za zamrzovanje, ne na nosilcu za
steklenice, ker lahko spremembe temperature na nosilcu za steklenice, ki jih povzročata
odpiranje in zapiranje vrat, živila odmrznejo.
► Odmrznjena živila hitro zaužijte. Odmrznjene hrane ni mogoče znova zamrzniti, če je najprej
ne skuhamo, sicer je manj užitna.
► V hladilnik ne nalagajte prevelikih količin sveže hrane. Glejte zamrzovalno zmogljivost
zamrzovalnika - glejte TEHNIČNE PODATKE ali podatke na tipski tablici.
► Živila lahko hranite v zamrzovalniku pri temperaturi najmanj -18 °C od 2 do 12 mesecev,
odvisno od njihovih lastnosti (npr. meso: 3–12 mesecev, zelenjavo: 6–12 mesecev)
► Pri zamrzovanju sveže hrane se izogibajte stiku z že zamrznjeno hrano. Nevarnost
odmrzovanja!
► Zamrznjeno hrano odmrznite v hladilniku. Tako lahko z zamrznjeno hrano znižate
temperaturo v hladilniku in prihranite energijo.
5.12.3 Pri shranjevanju komercialno zamrznjenih živil upoštevajte ta
navodila:
► vedno upoštevajte proizvajalčeve smernice glede dolžine za shranjevanje živil. Ne prekoračite
teh smernic!
► Naj bo čas med nakupom in shranjevanjem čim krajši, da ohranite kakovost hrane.
► Kupite zamrznjena živila, ki so bila shranjena pri temperaturi -18 °C ali manj.
► Izogibajte se nakupu hrane z ledom ali zmrzaljo na embalaži – to pomeni, da so bili izdelki v določenem
trenutku morda delno odmrznjeni in ponovno zamrznjeni – dvig temperature vpliva na kakovost
hrane.
