Se l’apparecchio non funziona correttamente:
Controllate i seguenti punti:
C’è un’interruzione di corrente? (Controllate accendendo una lampada di casa).
È Saltato un fusibile o l’interruttore automatico?
Lo sportello è stato chiuso correttamente?
Controllare che il termostato sia impostato correttamente.
Controllare che la spina principale sia correttamente inserita nella presa a muro e che
l’interruttore sia acceso.
Controllare che la presa d’alimentazione funzioni. Provate con un altro apparecchio.
Se la temperatura ambiente è troppo caldo o fredda. (la temperatura di funzionamento
deve essere tra i 16°C e i 32°C )
Se l’apparecchio rimane inattivo per un lungo periodo:
Se il congelatore rimane inattivo per un lungo periodo di tempo, procedere come segue:
Scollegarlo dall'alimentazione di rete rimuovendo la spina dalla presa a muro. Pulire e
asciugare le superfici interne secondo le indicazioni fornite nella sezione sulla pulizia
dell'apparecchio. Lasciare aperto lo sportello per evitare la formazione di cattivi odori
mentre l’apparecchio rimane inattivo.
Prima di rivolgersi all’assistenza
Controllare quanto indicato di seguito:
1. Il congelatore non funziona
Controllare che la spina sia correttamente inserita nella presa a muro.
Collegare un altro apparecchio alla presa a muro per verificare che vi sia corrente, se
questo funziona, verificare l’integrità del fusibile situato nella spina del congelatore.
2. Il congelatore è rumoroso
Verificare che l’apparecchio sia in piano e che non sia a contatto con altri apparecchi o
mobili della cucina.
3. Il congelatore non raffredda a sufficienza
Se lo sportello è stato aperto troppo spesso o è stato lasciato aperto per un po’, ci vorrà
del tempo affinché l’apparecchio raggiunga la temperatura impostata.
Verificare che la circolazione dell’aria intorno al congelatore non si sia ridotta a causa di
spazio insufficiente.
AVVISO: Le seguenti caratteristiche non devono essere considerate come un problema.
Un ronzio leggero causato dal fluido frigorifero che passa attraverso i tubi.
Il compressore che funziona a alte temperature.
