Nell’eseguire le connessioni, dovreste rispettare le normative e le
direttive locali.
Togliere il coperchio in plastica delle connessioni del gas, avvitare i dadi svasati per
collegare l'unità esterna con lo stesso metodo descritto per l'unità interna.
Proteggere sempre tubi e cavi per evitare che vengano danneggiati, in
quanto se danneggiati potrebberocausare perdite di gas (lesioni
personali da ustioni a freddo).
Creare il vuoto
Perdite dal circuito dovrebbero verificarsi con l’assemblaggio di una pompa di
aspirazione e un manometro adattoa R134a.
Assicurarsi che la pompa di aspirazione sia piena d'olio fino al livello indicato dal
manometro dell'olio.
a) Svitare i tappi dei rubinetti delle valvole a 2 e 3 vie, e della valvola di servizio;
verificare che le due valvole sull’unità esterna siano chiuse (D);
b) Collegare la pompa di aspirazione (B) alla valvola di servizio (C) mediante
l’attacco del manometrodi bassa pressione (A);
c) Dopo aver aperto le valvole della pompa di aspirazione (B), avviarla e lasciarla in
funzione. Creare un vuoto per circa 20 / 25 minuti;
d) Verificare che il manometro di bassa pressione (A) indichi la pressione di 1
bar-(or -76 cm Hg);
e) Chiudere le valvole della pompa e spegnerla (B). verificare che l’ago del
manometro non si muova per circa 5 minuti.
Se l’ago si muove, ci sono perdite di aria nel sistema, bisogna quindi verificare che
tutte le parti fissate siano ben strette e l’esecuzione della flangia, e a questo
punto ripetere la procedura dal passo c;
f) Scollegare la pompa di aspirazione, (se si desidera aggiungere del refrigerante,
consultare il paragrafo successivo);
g) Aprire completamente i rubinetti sulle valvole di 2 e 3 vie (D);
h) Avvitare i tappi sull’uscita di servizio e le valvole (E);
i) Dopo aver stretto i tappi, assicurarsi che non ci siano perdite di gas, con
l’apposito rilevatore.
