Allgemeines
Das Telefon verfügt über einen volldigitalen Anrufbeantworter, der an der
Basisstation bedient wird. Zur Erleichterung der Bedienung werden Ihnen die
möglichen Einstellungen akustisch mitgeteilt (Sprachmenüführung). Ihr Anruf-
beantworter verfügt über eine Aufnahmekapazität von 12 Minuten. Die maxi-
male Aufzeichnungslänge einer Nachricht beträgt 3 Minuten. Insgesamt kön-
nen bis zu 59 Nachrichten aufgezeichnet werden, inklusive hinterlassener
Memos. Eine Memo ist eine Nachricht, die Sie auf den Anrufbeantworter
aufsprechen können, um anderen Mitbenutzern Informationen zu hinterlas-
sen. Ist der Speicher voll, wird keine Aufzeichnung mehr ausgeführt und die
LED der Nachrichtenanzeige blinkt im schnellen Rhythmus.
Sie haben zwei Modi zur Verfügung: OGM 1: Ansage mit Aufnahme oder
OGM2: Nur Ansage. Es ist je ein Ansagetext hinterlegt, den Sie durch Auf-
sprechen einer eigenen Ansage überspielen können. Durch Löschen Ihrer
Ansage wird die hinterlegte Ansage wieder aktiviert.
Die hinterlegten Ansagen lauten:
Antwort- und Aufnahme-Modus; OGM 1:
Hallo, Ihr Anruf kann im Moment nicht beantwortet werden. Bitte hin-
terlassen Sie daher Ihre Mitteilung nach dem Ton.
Nur Antwort-Modus; OGM 2:
Hallo, Ihr Anruf kann im Moment nicht beantwortet werden und Sie
können auch keine Mitteilung hinterlassen. Rufen Sie also bitte spä-
ter an.
Anrufbeantworter
Aktive Aufzeichnungen können Sie mithören und bei Bedarf das Gespräch
übernehmen.
Um den Anrufbeantworter richtig nutzen zu können, müssen Sie eine Reihe
von Einstellungen vornehmen. Dazu gehören:
- Einstellen der aktuellen Uhrzeit und des Wochentages
- Anzahl der Klingeltöne, bevor der Anrufbeantworter aufschaltet und
das Gespräch annimmt.
- Einstellen des Arbeitsmodus - Antwort und Aufnahme - Modus oder
Nur - Antwort - Modus
- Aufzeichnen einer eigenen Ansage für den jeweiligen Modus.
