Selectief vegen van berichten
Wil u bepaalde berichten selectief vegen, dan drukt u tijdens de weergave
van die berichten op de veegtoets X (34). U hoort de aankondiging
„BERICHT GEVEEGD“ en het lopend bericht wordt verwijderd. U hoort de
rest van het bericht niet meer, het toestel springt naar het volgende bericht
en laat dat afspelen.
Vegen van alle opgenomen berichten
Om alle berichten tegelijk te kunnen vegen, moeten ze allemaal volledig
beluisterd zijn, en als „oude berichten“ gekenmerkt staan. Op deze manier
wordt verhinderd dat u een niet beluisterd bericht bij vergissing veegt.
Druk in stand-by zolang op de veegtoets X (34), tot een signaaltoon klinkt.
U hoort de aankondiging „ALLE BERICHTEN GEVEEGD“. De LED
nieuwe berichten knippert niet meer, maar gaat over in stand-by mode.
Oproep volgen (meeluisterfunctie) / gespreksovername
Wanneer het volume hoger ingesteld is dan het minimum, dan kan een
ingaand bericht mee afgeluisterd worden met de luidspreker. Wanneer u
het gesprek dan toch beslist aan te nemen, drukt u eenvoudig op de toets
verbinden
i (17) op de handset. De opname wordt onderbroken, het tot
dan toe ingesproken bericht blijft echter opgeslagen en als geldig bericht
aangegeven.
Persoonlijk bericht (memo) opslaan
Wanneer u een notitie als bericht voor een andere gebruiker wil
achterlaten, gaat u als volgt te werk:

signaaltoon klinkt en de LED nieuwe berichten (30) knippert.
