Game idea #1: Fairy-tale Parade
Preparation
Take a picture card and place it face up in front of you. Distribute the wooden tiles
facedown on the table and shuffl e them well. Return the remaining game material to
the game box.
How to Play
Play in a clockwise direction. Whoever has listened to a fairy-tale most recently,
may begin. If you cannot agree the youngest player starts. Turn over any tile. Now
everybody takes a look at his picture card.
The player whose picture card shows the motif that has just been turned over takes
the tile and places it on the corresponding place of his picture card.
Then it’s the turn of the other player to turn over a tile.
End of the Game
The game ends as soon as a player has placed the ninth and last tile on his picture
card, thus winning the game.
Variation for a single player: Princess Lotto
The solo variation is played according to the rules of the basic game with the
following changes:
• You play against the princess.
• Place a picture card in front of the princess.
• Place the other picture card in front of you.
• Now turn over the tiles one by one and place them on the
corresponding picture card.
• Who will collect the fi rst nine tiles thus winning the game? The princess or you?
