Game Idea
The children walk together with dwarf Colorful through Colorland.
The cards determine which color square you can go up to. To do so,
you have to recognize and name colors or sometimes even use
your imagination. Whoever can move to a dwarf house gets a pre-
sent. The aim of the game is to be the first to collect five presents.
Preparation of the Game
Place the game board in the center of the table. There are two
kinds of squares: the path squares and the squares with a dwarf
house. Place dwarf Colorful on any path square. Place the four
matching presents on each dwarf house.
Shuffle all the cards and pile them face-down next to the game
board. Each player gets a dwarf card. Place the side showing the
five boxes face-up in front of you.
How to Play
Play in a clockwise direction. The player who is the quickest at
yelling his favorite color starts the game. If you cannot agree the
youngest player starts, turning over the card on top of the pile.
Now you have to try to move dwarf Colorful to a Dwarf House.
But where you can move the dwarf to depends on which card
you just turned over.
