Important:
The first player to drop out in a round may take a stone from the pro-
vision.
If there are four players, the first two players to drop out may each
take a stone.
If there are no stones left in the center, none can be taken.
During a round the number of dice passed on diminishes and the risk of
only throwing bones increases ...
The stones
By handing in a stone a player renounces rolling the dice. If there are
only a few dice left you can return a stone to the provision and don’t
have to throw the dice. Pass the dice on directly to the next player. If you
have dinosaur dice in front of you, you can keep them.
The round ends when a player ...
is left as the last one because all the other players have dropped out.
This player can move their piece as many squares ahead as the
dinosaur dice they have in front of them.
gets a super dinosaur die throw that is all the dice thrown show a
dinosaur. In this case all players can move their game pieces as many
squares as dinosaur dice are in front of them.
The player at the left of the one who finished the round starts the new
round, gets all 12 dice and rolls them.
End of the game
The game ends as soon as the first game piece lands on the target
square (cave). Remaining dice symbols are not used.
And now the fancy dinosaurs’ party starts and everybody is invited.

Preparation of the game
Place the game board in the center of the table. Each player takes a
dinosaur and puts it on the brown starting square. If there are less than
four players the remaining dinosaurs are kept in the package. Each player
gets a stone. The remaining stones are placed ready to be used next to
the game board.
How to play
Play in a clockwise direction. Whoever can say first the name of a
dinosaur, may start. If you can not agree, the youngest player starts and
rolls all the dice.
Watch out: If dice fall on top of each other, take the one on top and
place it next to the others.
Which symbols appear on the dice?
The dinosaur
Great, a valuable dinosaur die!
Separate all dice which show dinosaurs and keep them.
The bone
The bone die unfortunately has no value – you don’t keep any of those.
The egg of the dino
If you have thrown just one egg, nothing happens.
But if you have thrown two or even more eggs you can steal a
dinosaur die from another player.
Watch out! This of course is only possible if another player has a
dinosaur die in front of them! If no one has one you obviously can’t
take one, but can still go on playing.
Now pass on the dice showing bones or dinosaur eggs to the next player.
Dinosaur’s bad luck
Watch out! If a player throws only dice with bones or bones and a sing-
le dinosaur egg they really have a lot of bad luck. They must drop out for
this round. If that player has already collected dinosaur dice they have to
turn them in and they are passed on to the next player together with the
remaining dice.
