• you don’t want to uncover

another Indian card! Cover all Indian

cards lying face up. The feather card stays there.

• you uncover the Stop card! Cover all Indian cards

lying face up. The feather card stays there.

• you uncover the puffing card! Take all Indian cards and

shuffle them. Place them face up. Everybody can have a look

for 10 seconds in order to memorize the position of the cards.

Then the cards are turned over again. Put the feather card

underneath the pile of the feather cards.

• you can move the Indian to the location card in question.

Fine! Take the feather card and place it in front of you. The Indian

cards are covered and the next player draws a new feather card.

Important:

• always carry out the action of the card just un-

covered before you flip over a new card.

•

The Indian always looks in the

direction he is moving.

He only

may be

turned when you uncover a ‘turn-

around’ card.

End of the game:

The game ends as soon as a player has collected three

feather cards thus winning the game. This player according to

the tradition of Indian Law is named “Chief Little Feather”.

Variation for little chiefs

• The puffing card is withdrawn. So the Indian cards stay where they

are during the whole game.

• In order to understand better what the actions of the Indian

cards mean, the Indian cards can lie uncovered during the

whole game. After each action the player covers the corres-

ponding card. The following player uncovers all cards

again before playing their turn.
