We have installed the Pinus II fireplace. We are having some issues with air flow. The 'secondary' air supply lever does not seem to be doing anything. The 'primary lever' works well; when I slide it left and right, it works properly. However the top lever, seems to do nothing of use. Should I 'feel' it slide like the bottom lever? It moves only slight, about 1 cm from side to side (primary lever moves about 5 cm). The people who installed it have not been any help and I would like to find a solution. If it is improperly installed, then at least I can tell the company who installed it. I checked all of your site and other for how the secondary lever should work and have found nothing to help. Can you please advice?
