The espresso coffee
is cold
●The cups were not preheated
●Preheat the cups
Espresso coffee
doesn't come out of
the machine
●The water tank is empty
●The holes in the filter are blocked
●The liquid coffee outlet is blocked
●The tank is incorrectly fitted and the valve at the
bottom is not open
●Refill the water tank
●Clean the holes in the filter
●Clean as indicated in the section
●Press the tank lightly so as to open the
valve at the bottom
Espresso coffee
drips from the edges
of the filter holder,
