In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to form a syrup. bring to a boil and turn off the heat
when the sugar is completely dissolved. Add lemon juice and apricots. Cook for 2 minutes.
Mix everything and strain if necessary.
Let cool and put the mixture into the ice cream maker.
Forest fruit sorbet
Ingredients
500g frozen mixed berries
Sugar 300g powder
25 cl water
White 60g (s) egg
Preparation
Heat 50g sugar with red fruit and blend it all and then strain. In a saucepan, make a syrup with sugar
and water 250g. Boil 5 minutes.
Mix fruit pulp, egg whites and syrup.
Let cool and put the mixture into the ice cream maker.
Licorice Ice Cream in
Ingredients
150 g licorice (style rolls haribo)
250 ml of milk (a little more if necessary)
300ml full cream
2 tablespoons sugar
4 egg yolks (with the white, you can faires meringues)
Preparation
Put licorice (undo rolls), milk and cream in a saucepan and heat over low heat until dissolved liquorice
