Helado de plátano
Ingredientes
Un plátano maduro 1
Leche desnatada 200 ml
Crema espesa 100 ml
El azúcar de pastelería 50 g
Triturar los plátanos hasta que esté suave. Mezclar la leche, crema de leche y el azúcar. Verter la
mezcla en el recipiente para congelador con la paleta en marcha. Dejar que se congele hasta que se
alcanza la consistencia deseada.
Yogur helado de frambuesa
Ingredientes
Frambuesas frescas 200 g
El azúcar de pastelería 100 g
Yogur natural 200 ml
Triturar las frambuesas o puré. Para obtener un resultado uniforme quitar las pepitas por tamizado.
Añadir el azúcar y el yogur natural y mezclar juntos. Verter la mezcla en el recipiente para congelador
con la paleta en marcha. Dejar que se congele hasta que se alcanza la consistencia deseada.
Chocolate helado de menta
Ingredientes
Leche desnatada 200 ml
El azúcar de pastelería 50 g
Crema espesa 200 ml
Extracto de menta Unas gotas
Chocolate rallado 50 g
Coloque la leche y el azúcar en un cazo. Coloque a fuego lento y revuelva hasta que el azúcar se haya
disolver, a continuación, dejar hasta que esté frío. Se agita la crema de menta y esencia en leche fría.
