Zuppa di zucca con cumino
Ingredienti:
- 350 grammi di zucca
- 2 patate grandi
- 1/2 cipolla tritata
- 1 cucchiaino di cumino macinato
- 500 ml di brodo
- Feta a dadini
- Sale e pepe
Ricetta:
Togliere i semi dalla zucca dopo averla tagliata in due.
Tagliare la zucca e le patate a pezzetti.
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti (tranne la feta) nel cuoci zuppa, chiudere il coperchio e premere il
programma di "Smooth SOUP".
Quando la zuppa è pronta versare nelle ciotole e aggiungere un feta a dadini per guarnire.
Aggiustate di sale.
ZUPPA SPINACI E LENTICCHIE ROSSE (ricetta piccante)
Ingredienti:
- 150 grammi di spinaci freschi
- 100 grammi di pomodorini
- 100 grammi di lenticchie rosse
- 80 grammi di sedano
- 15 grammi di zenzero fresco
- 1 carota grande
- 1 peperoncino rosso
- 1 spicchio d'aglio
- 500 ml di brodo
- 1 yogurt
- Sale e pepe
Ricetta :
Sbucciate lo zenzero e l'aglio prima di tagliarli a pezzi.
Sbucciare la carota e tagliatela a piccoli pezzi.
Tagliare il sedano a pezzetti.
Tritare il pepe.
Tagliare i pomodorini in due.
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti (tranne gli spinaci, lo yogurt, il sale e il pepe) nel cuoci zuppa, chiudere il
coperchio e premere “CHUNKY SOUP ".
Quando la preparazione è pronta, utilizzare la funzione di miscelazione per mescolare la zuppa
come preferite. Mettere gli spinaci e lo yogurt. Lasciare riposare la zuppa per qualche istante prima
di versare la zuppa nelle ciotole. Guarnire come preferite..
