• Limpie cuidadosamente la parte de la cuchilla que pretende
afilar.
• Vuelva a enchufar la rebanadora.
• Afloje la perilla de bloqueo (23) del afilador (10).
• Levante el cabezal del afilador (10) y gírelo 180° para que
ambas ruedas esmeriles queden en la posición de trabajo. Vea
la Fig. 1.
• Baje el cabezal del afilador (10) hasta que trabe.
• Bloquee nuevamente el cabezal girando la perilla de bloqueo
(23). Vea la Fig. 2.
• Encienda la rebanadora por el interruptor (5).
• Presione el botón (26) y deje que la cuchilla gire durante
aproximadamente 1 minuto. Cuando la cuchilla se detenga
completamente, compruebe si ha quedado algún saliente en
el filo.
• En caso de salientes, encienda la rebanadora por el interruptor
(5) y presione suavemente el botón (27) durante unos 3
segundos para eliminar las imperfecciones en el filo de la
cuchilla. Vuelva a girar el regulador de espesor (6) a la
posición "0".
• Después de afilar, lleve el cabezal del afilador (10) de nuevo a
su posición original (vea la Fig. 3) y limpie el filo de la cuchilla
y las ruedas esmeriles con alcohol.
• Después de varias operaciones de afilado, debe limpiar
cualquier residuo acumulado en las ruedas esmeriles usando
un cepillo y alcohol.
REEMPLAZO DE LA CUCHILLA
La cuchilla deberá ser reemplazada cuando ya no sea posible
afilarla o cuando la distancia entre el borde del filo de la cuchilla
y el disco protector de la cuchilla exceda los 6 mm. Lleve la
rebanadora al centro de servicios autorizado más cercano para
reemplazar la cuchilla.
