La rebanadora debe ser instalada sobre una superficie estable para evitar
movimientos.
El cable de alimentación debe estar conectado de forma tal que no se suelte o
se deslice.
Monte el afilador (10), el protector de dedos (24) y la manija con protección
redonda (25) en su lugar. Cuando quite el afilador, no trabaje más, debido a
que la cuchilla está muy afilada y es peligrosa. Cuando el protector de dedos
(24) no está en su lugar, no utilice la rebanadora para cortar la carne que no
haya sido deshuesada ni otros productos no alimenticios.
Hay un micro interruptor en la perilla de bloqueo del protector de la cuchilla (9),
cuando el regulador de espesor está en la posición “0”, la rebanadora dejará
de funcionar automáticamente garantizando así la seguridad del usuario. Vea
la figura a continuación.
Nivelación de la rebanadora
Compruebe que con el regulador de espesor (6) en la posición "0", el tope móvil (2)
esté perfectamente alineado hacia la cuchilla en la zona (A).
Si no está alineado, regule los apoyos (12) enroscando o desenroscando los que
sean necesarios para nivelar la rebanadora.
