SCHLEIFEN DER KLINGE
Wenn das Gerät nicht mehr gut schneidet und die Klinge
stumpf ist, muss sie von qualifiziertem Personal
geschliffen werden.
N.B. Es muss beachtet werden, dass die Klinge höchst
wiederständig ist, und deswegen muss sie nur dann
geschliffen werden, wenn die Schneidekapazität sinkt.
Das Messerblech oder Schutzblech muss bei den
Schneidern mit einem eingebauten Messerschärfer
während des Schleifenvorgangs geschlossen sein.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker. - Überprüfen Sie, dass die
bewegbare Trennwand geschlossen ist. (der Drehknopf
(6) in der “0” Position.) - Reinigen Sie vorsichtig die zu
schleifenden Teile der Klinge. - Setzen Sie den Stecker
wieder ein. - Lockern Sie den Verriegelungsknopf (23)
der Schärfer- Gruppe (10) auf. - Heben Sie die Schärfer-
Gruppe (10), drehen Sie diese um 180 °, so dass beide
Räder in der Arbeitsposition sind. Siehe Abbildung 1. -
Senken Sie die Schärfer-Gruppe (10), bis sie eingerastet
ist. Sichern Sie die Gruppe, indem Sie den
Verriegelungsknopf (23)drehen. Siehe Abbildung 2. -
Schalten Sie das Gerät an. - Drücken Sie auf den Knopf
(26), und lassen Sie die Klinge 1 Minute lang drehen.
