Fase 8. Premere il tasto [START / PAUSE] per iniziare a lavorare.

FUNZIONAMENTO:
Funzione mantenimento temperatura:
Per evitare che il gelato si sciolga se lasciato nell’apparecchio, vi è la seguente funzione: al termine
della procedura di produzione del gelato, se non viene effettuata nessun’altra operazione,
l’apparecchio avvierà la funzione freddo automatico, che può mantenere freddo il gelato per 2 ore.
Trascorse le due ore, la macchina entrerà in standby.
Funzione di auto-protezione del motore
Quando il gelato diventa duro, il motore di miscelazione potrebbe bloccarsi. In questo caso il
dispositivo di protezione del motore blocca la miscelazione rilevandone la temperatura per
garantire la durata del motore stesso.
Controllo del volume degli ingredienti
Per evitare la fuoriuscita degli ingredienti, si prega di accertarsi che questi ultimi non superino il
60% della capacità della vasca estraibile (il gelato si espande quando si forma).
Le differenze tra le tre diverse modalità di funzionamento
1. Modalità Gelato: il tempo di funzionamento di default è di 60 minuti. Il funzionamento dettagliato
avviene come descritto sopra.
2. Modalità Raffreddamento, il tempo di funzionamento di default è di 30 minuti. Il funzionamento
