Warning: The surfaces are liable to get hot during use.

The side and front surface is hot, should not be touched.

WARNING: This electrical appliance contains a heating

function. Surfaces, also different than the functional

surfaces, can develop high temperatures. Since

temperatures are differently perceived by different

persons, this equipment shall be used with CAUTION.

The equipment shall be touch only at intended handles

and gripping surfaces, and use heat protection like

gloves or similar. Surfaces other than intended gripping

surfaces shall get sufficiently time to the cool down

before getting touched.

Before using your appliance for the first time

Clean the plates using a damp sponge rinse and dry carefully.

After applying a fine coating oil to the plates, close the appliance and plug it in. The indicator

light (red) will come on. Allow it to heat up for several minutes to get rid of the new smell.

To Use

CAUTION:Do not use this product to cook or defrost frozen food.

NOTE: During the initial uses of this product, it may produce some smoke. This is normal

and will subside with further use.

Before using this product for the first time, clean it as described in the “Care and

Maintenance” section.

Open the unit by pulling the Handle up.

Close the Plates and turn the unit on by plugging it into a standard electrical outlet. Verify
