Tasajo adobado
-2 libras de carne magra (bajo contenido de grasa)
¼ taza de salsa de soya
1 cucharada de salsa Worcestershire
1 cucharada de nogal ahumado sazonado con sal
½ cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
¼ cucharadita de ajo en polvo
¼ cucharadita de pimienta negra
Mezcle todos los ingredientes en un tazón para hacer el adobo y adobar la carne, luego siga
las instrucciones anteriores para la preparación, cocción y deshidratación del tasajo.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO DEL DESHIDRATADOR
1. Desenchufe el deshidratador del tomacorriente antes
de limpiarlo.
2. Lave las bandejas del deshidratador con agua tibia en
abundancia y algún detergente suave, o lávelas
directamente en un lavavajillas.
3. Si es necesario, deberá valerse de un cepillo suave para
remover residuos de alimentos secos adheridos a las
bandejas. Nunca use lana de acero, esponjas de fibra
metálica o productos de limpieza abrasivos para limpiar
ninguna de las partes del deshidratador de alimentos.
4. Limpie la base del deshidratador con un paño suave
ligeramente húmedo. NUNCA SUMERJA LA BASE DEL
DESHIDRATADOR DE ALIMENTOS EN AGUA NI EN
CUALQUIER OTRO LÍQUIDO.
5. Si es necesario, la protección que cubre al eje central en
la estructura del deshidratador se puede desmontar
para limpiarla. Lávela con agua tibia, séquela
completamente, colóquela de nuevo sobre el eje y
asegúrese de que encaje correctamente en su lugar.
