Allentare la guaina della bombola di CO2 (come mostrato in figura

15), inserire una cartuccia da 16 g di CO2 nella guaina (Figura 16), e

avvitare la guaina stretta fino a quando si sente un "click" (Figura 17),

che indica che la tenuta della cartuccia è stata bucata e che il gas

CO2 può fluire nel fusto liberamente. Assicurarsi che la guaina della

bombola sia fissata saldamente al fine di evitare la fuoriuscita di

CO2. Dopodiché, mettere la guaina della bombola di CO2 nel

coperchio superiore.

5. Chiudere il coperchio superiore dell’apparecchio. Quando si versa

la birra, ruotare la manopola sul coperchio superiore in posizione "+"

per rilasciare la CO2, e girarla su "-" quando si sospende o si

interrompe di versare la birra per chiudere la CO2. Si prega di fare

riferimento all'avvertenza posta sull’etichetta del coperchio

superiore.
