WAARSCHUWING - RISICO VAN EXPLOSIEF GAS

1. Werken in de omgeving van een lood-zuur accu’s is gevaarlijk. Tijdens normaal gebruik, kun-

nen de accu’s explosieve gassen genereren. Daarom is het heel belangrijk, om voor het gebruik van

deze tester, de gebruiksaanwijzing nauwkeurig door te lezen.

2. Om het risico van ontplofng van een accu te verminderen, volg deze instructies maar ook

de instructies die gepubliceerd zijn door de fabrikant van de accu en door de fabrikant van elke

apparatuur die u van plan bent om in de buurt van de accu te gebruiken. Let op de waarschuwingen

aangegeven op deze apparatuur.

LAAD TEST STAAT VAN DE ACCU

OK (GROENE ZONE)

Na 10 seconden van het begin van het laden.

De accu is goed. Het laden is geheel of ge-

deeltelijk. Bepaal het laadniveau door het

controleren van de specieke zwaartekracht

(met een hydrometer). Als de zwaartekracht

kleiner is dan het totale laadniveau, controleer

of er geen probleem is met het laadsysteem of

een elektrische lekkage. Laadt de accu volledig.

ZWAK OF SLECHT, MAAR REGELMATIG

(Reguliere speeltijd van de indicator na 10

seconden van het laden).

De accu is niet aanvaardbaar. De accu is ofwel

(1) defect of (2) zeer leeg. Controleer de speci-

eke zwaartekracht om het probleem te bepa-

len. Als de zwaartekracht groter is dan 1.225,

wordt de accu als defect beschouwd. Als de

zwaartekracht lager is dan 1.225, laadt weer

de accu en probeer het opnieuw. Als zwaar-

tekracht van compartiment naar compartiment

varieert voor meer dan 0,025 (25 punten), is

het mogelijk dat er problemen zijn met de com-

partimenten. Als eenmaal opgeladen de zwaar-

tekracht zijn maximale laadniveau niet bereikt,

is de accu gesulfateerde of is er geen actieve

materiaal meer.

ZWAK OF SLECHT, EN AFDALEND

(Na 10 seconden van het laden daalt de Indica-

tor af).

De accu is mogelijk defect (bv. defect compar-

timent). Voor een snelle controle, laat de scha-

kelaar los en let op de reactie van de voltmeter.

Als de spanning herstelt tot 12 volt na enkele

seconden, is de accu waarschijnlijk defect. Als

de spanning langzaam herstelt, kan het zijn

dat de accu gewoon sterk ontladen is. Voor

meer nauwkeurige resultaten, check de zwaar-

tekracht en volg de bovenstaande procedure.
