STARTRONIC

Unplug the (+) connector from your battery’s terminal

and connect the STARTRONIC’s red clamp (+) to it.

Connect the black clamp (-) to the (-) terminal on the

battery.

Check the connections before proceeding to the next step.

DO NOT INVERT THE POLARITIES.

Press the ON/OFF button to activate the BYPASS mode and wait 5 seconds before starting

your vehicle.

Start your engine.

Connect the red clamp (+) to the battery’s (+) termi-

nal.

Remove the red clamp (+) from the battery’s (+)

terminal.

GLOW MODE : PREHEATING DIESEL ENGINE

During cold weather, put the car key in preheating mode. The icon appears on your dashboard.

2 Connect the red clamp to the battery’s (+) and the black clamp to the battery’s (-).

Press the GLOW button by checking that your STARTRONIC is completely charged.

Start your engine.

Note : The GLOW button is inactive in BYPASS mode.
