SOLDADURA TIG LIFT
La soldadura TIG DC requiere una protección gaseosa (Argón). Es posible conectar una antorcha EURO que permita acceder a ajustes
de desvanecimiento del arco y a los del post-gas o una antorcha con válvula que sólo permita una gestión manual del gas.
Para soldar en TIG, siga las etapas siguientes:
Soldadura TIG Pro Lift con antorcha equipado con
un conector Euro
Soldadura TIG EASY Lift con antorcha con válvula
• Vea las conexiones de la página 4.
• Conecte el tubo de gas a la parte trasera del equipo y al
manómetro de la bombona de gas.
• Regule el caudal de gas con el manómetro de la bombona de
gas.
• Para cebar, toque la pieza a soldar con el electrodo, y pulse el
gatillo de la antorcha.
• El desvanecimiento del arco, tras el post-gas, se activa
cuando se suelta el gatillo. Son parametrables mediante el
equipo.
• Vea las conexiones de la página 4.
• Conecte el tubo de gas de la antorcha a la bombona de gas.
• Ajuste el caudal de gas con el manómetro de la bombona de
gas, y abra la válvula de la antorcha.
• Para cebar:
toque con el electrodo el metal
a soldar
• Al nal de la soldadura :
Levante el electrodo de 2 a 5mm
encima del metal a soldar
Corte el gas sólo cuando el electrodo de Tungsteno se haya
enfriado.
