• Vostro dispositivo è dotato di una funzionalità specica agli inverter:
- L’Anti-Sticking permette di scollare facilmente l’elettrodo senza farlo arrossire in caso si incollatura. La funzione
anti-sticking, dopo l’attivazione, ha bisogno di un tempo di attesa di circa 3 secondi prima di poter riprendere la
saldatura normale.
INTERFACCIA DI COMMANDO (FIG. V / P.75)

• Spia verde «ON»: Quando messo sotto tensione, il dispositivo
si accende.
• In caso di difetto elettrico, la spia verde si spegne ma il dispositivo
rimane sotto tensione no a che il cavo di alimentazione sia
scollegato.

• Spia gialla:
•Temperatura eccessiva: in questo caso, attendere qualche
minuto; la spia si spegne e il dispositivo riavvia.
• Corrente troppo forte sulla corrente primaria: in questo caso,
bisogna spegnere il dispositivo (con l’interruttore principale) e
riaccenderlo.

• Tasto sinistro:
Saldatura MIG/MAG: Permette la regolazione della velocità di
avanzo del lo no alla velocità massima.
Saldatura MMA: Permettere di aggiustare il valore della corrente
di saldatura.

• Tasto destro: Permette la regolazione di consegna no al valore
massimo.
Consigli
L’aggiustamento della velocità di lo si fa «al rumore»: l’arco deve essere stabile e avere pochi crepitii.
Se la velocità è troppo bassa, l’arco non è continuo.
Se la velocità è troppo elevata, l’arco crepita e il lo tende a respingere la torcia.
PROCEDURA MONTAGGIO BOBINE E TORCE (FIG IV / P.75)
• Togliere il porta-ugello dalla torcia (g E), così come il tubo contatto (g D). Aprire la botola del dispositivo.
Fig A: Posizionare la bobina sul supporto:
• Regolare il freno (1) per evitare che l’inerzia della bobina aggrovigli il lo alla sosta della saldatura. In modo
generale, non stringere troppo! In seguito avvitare il sostegno bobina (2).
Easymig 150: Per montare una bobina 200 mm, stringere il sostegno bobina al massimo. L’adattatore (4) deve
essere usato soltanto per montare una bobina da 200 mm.
Fig B: Mettere a posto i/i rullo/i motore adatti al vostro uso. I rulli forniti sono a doppia gola (0,8 et 0,9). Il diametro
indicato sul rullo corrisponde al lo usato: Per un lo acciaio di 0,8mm, usare la gola in V da 0,8. Per il lo rivestito
da 0,9mm, girare il rullino per usare la gola da 0,9mm.
Per il lo alluminio da 0,8mm, sostituire il rullino per un modello con una gola da 0,8mm in U (non fornito).
Fig C: Per regolare la pressione del trainalo, procedere come segue:
• Rilasciare la molletta (3) al massimo e abbassarla, inserire il lo, poi rinchiudere il trainalo senza stringere.
• Azionare il motore premendo sul pulsante della torcia
• Stringere la molletta premendo sul grilletto della torcia allo stesso tempo. Quando il lo comincia a essere
trainato, smettere di stringere.
