IV / LADECHARAKTERISTIK
Dieses Batterieladegerät mit digitalem Prozessor beeinhaltet die fortgeschrittene DHC- Technologie und
lädt Batterien in einem automatischen und intelligenten 5-stufigen Ladeprozess bis zu einem Maximum
ihrer Kapazität.
Durch die diese Ladekurve werden Batterien nicht nur effektiv aufgeladen, sondern ihre Lebensdauer
auch erheblich verlängert.
STUFE 1: DESULFATIERUNG/ SOFT START
Startposition des Ladezyklus. Diese Stufe unterstützt tief entladene und leicht sulfatierte Batterien, die
schwer aufzuladen sind, in der Anfangsphase des Ladeprozesses.
Das DHC 54E startet den Ladevorgang mit geringer Stromstärke. Die Startphase läuft, bis die
Polspannung der Batterie bis über 10,5V angestiegen ist.
Ziel dieser Stufe ist es eine tiefentladene oder leicht sulfatierte Batterie für den anstehenden
Aufladevorgang vorzubereiten.
STUFE 2: VOLLLAST (BULK)
Liegt die Spannung der Batterie über dem notwendigen Aufladeniveau, liefert das DHC 54E einen
maximalen Strom, bis die Polspannung auf das eingestellte Niveau gestiegen ist. In diesem Modus nimmt
die Batterie bis zu 75% Energie auf.
Ziel dieser Stufe ist es die Batterie möglichst schnell und effizient aufzuladen.
STUFE 3: AUSGLEICH UND ANALYSE
Wird die voreingestellte, maximale Spannung erreicht (bis 14,4V) stoppt das DHC 54E die Volllast und
leitet einen niedriegeren Ladungspuls ein, um die Batterie vollständig aufzuladen. Der Ladestrom wird
sukzessiv reduziert.
Ziel dieser Stufe ist es die Batterie sicher bis zu 100% ihrer Kapazität aufzuladen.
STUFE 4: ABSORPTIONSLADUNG
In diesem Modus beendet das DHC 54E den Ladevorgang automatisch und die Polspannung wird auf
dem eingestellten Wert gehalten, sobald die Maximalbatteriekapazität von 100% erreicht ist.
Das Ladegerät bewertet im Folgenden die Batteriespannung und startet gegebenenfalls einen erneuten
Ladevorgang.
Ziel dieser Stufe ist es die Batterie vollständg aufzuladen ohne sie zu überladen.
