BATIUM 25/24
FUNCTIE IUIO LADEN
Met deze functie kunt u de lood-zuur tractie accu’s van heftrucks, reinigingsmachines en palletwagens van 35 Ah tot 180 Ah laden.
Aansluiten van de acculader:
1. direct op de accu: gebruik de klemmen van de acculader;
2. specieke aansluiting: vervang de klemmen aan het einde van de kabel met de connectoren die geschikt zijn voor uw toestel; respecteer
de polariteit en de hoogte van de stroom. Het laadproces is als volgt:

NB: Als de accu na het laden aangesloten blijft, herstart Batium 25/24 elke 72 uur een laadcyclus om het zelf-ontladen van de accu te com-
penseren.
FUNCTIE GEDWONGEN LADEN
Als de accu heel erg leeg is (spanning lager dan 2V), blijf de Batium in afwachting en de lichtketting verschijnt op het weergavescherm.
De accuspanning-, capaciteit- en laadcurve lampjes branden.
Voor gedwongen laden, druk 5 seconden op het knopje (2) tot de Batium CHE (check=controleren) aangeeft. De acculader detecteert de
accu waarvan spanning hoger is dan 0,8 V.
Zoals voor de andere modes, wordt deze stap in twee fasen uitgevoerd:
1. diagnostiek fase (analyse van de accuspanning);
NB: Aangezien uw accu heel erg leeg is, stelt Batium 6V aan voor de 12V of 24V accu’s. Voor validatie of correctie van de spanning, druk op
(2) (minimum 10 seconden lang). Zie afwijking 6.
2. recuperatie fase (oplopen van de spanning). Deze fase kan maximum 30 minuten duren.
Als de controle fase (CHE) afgelopen is, gaat Batium terug naar het normaal laden. Voor meer informatie over het laadproces, kijk naar de
paragraaf Functie IUoU laden.
FUNCTIE «SOS RECOVERY»
Deze functie is bedoeld voor de auto accu’s (IUoU) die heel erg leeg zijn.
Na het aankoppelen van de accu, geeft Batium het laadniveau van de accu aan: lampje «CHE».
Als het lampje SOS Recovery na 1 minuut knippert, betekent het dat de accu sinds heel lang erg leeg is en dat het sulfatatie proces al begon-
nen is.
Dankzij een specieke laadcurve, start de «SOS Recovery» functie een cyclus van 24 uur van het regeneratieladen op.
Voor activeren van deze functie, respecteer de volgende stappen:
1. Koppel verplicht de accu los van het voertuig. (GEVAAR VAN OVERSPANNING).
2. Sluit de Batium aan de netspanning en zet de schakelaar op «ON».
3. Selecteer de IUoU laadcurve.
4. Om de functie «SOS Recovery» te activeren druk voor 5 sec op de knop «SOS Recovery» tot het lampje 6 aan gaat.
5. Selecteer de laadspanning en de laadsnelheid.
6. Koppel de klemmen op de accu aan, het de-sulfatatieproces begint.

BEVEILIGING
Batium 25-24 is beveiligd tegen kortsluiting en polariteit omwisseling. Hij heeft een anti-vonk systeem dat de vonkvorming voorkomt bij het aankop-
pelen van de acculader op de accu. Voor veiligheid, levert Batium geen stroom als er geen spanning op de klemmen is.
