e) En el punto en que el soporte del respaldo (8) se une al marco principal (7),

pasar las fijaciones desde arriba. Fijar con tornillos M12x110, arandelas M12 y

tuercas M12. El mecanismo de fijación es análogo al punto a (ver figura).

PASO II

a) Montar el brazo de entrenamiento izquierdo (9) en las placas de fijación del

marco lateral (1). Para ello, alinear los ejes de orificios. Pasar el eje giratorio a

través del orificio. Fijar el brazo en ambos lados con arandelas de rodamiento

y tornillos M8x20.

b) El montaje del brazo derecho de entrenamiento sigue el mismo

procedimiento.

c) Colocar los soportes de carga de entrenamiento (10) en los brazos de

entrenamiento. Para ello, introducir los soportes en ejes centrales de los

orificios. En el lado interior del brazo, fijar con la arandela M8 y el tornillo

M8x30. Por último, poner la tapa.

f) Fijar los soportes de peso izquierdo y derecho (11) a los marcos laterales del

aparato. Fijar con tornillos M12x75, arandelas M12 y tuercas M12. Colocar los

tornillos de los lados interiores de los marcos laterales. El mecanismo de unión

es análogo al PASO I punto a (ver figura).
