Operation
The hood is operated using a foil covered
keyboard, which is installed into the hood
body.
Turning the Blower ON and OFF
Press button 1 to turn on the blower. To turn
off the blower at any level, press button 1
twice.
Exhaust Power
The exhaust power is controlled by pressing
arrow buttons 4 or 5 multiple times. The in-
dividual levels, however, must be switched
to sequentially. 12 different power levels can
be selected.
Faster Blower Operation: Press button 5.
Slower Blower Operation: Press button 4.
Automatic Cooling Period (1)
To turn on the automatic cooling period,
press button 1 and the automatic cooling
period will be activated. It will slowly cycle
back through each power level and
automatically turn off after approximately 15
minutes.
Turn on Illumination (6)
Press button 6 in order to turn the
illumination ON and/or OFF. The illumination
is dimmed by pressing the button again. In
order to increase the brightness after this,
button 6 must be pressed and held.
Clean Filter Alert (3)
After 14 days of operation or 15 hours of
operation the red LED on the foil covered
keyboard will light up. This alerts you that
the grease filter must be cleaned. After
cleaning the grease filter, press buttons 4 +
5 at the same time until the red LED turns
off. The operating hour meter is now reset.
Display Mode (2)
Illuminated LEDs display the power level of
the blower in a clockwise manner. Switch
LEDs by simultaneously pressing buttons
4 + 5.
