I have a gutmann llano extractor. I need a remote control model 2010 as I cannot get the extractor to work presently via the switches. I also cannot seem to remove the grill for cleani g and am frightened by using a screw driver to ease it out it will damage the structure, please help.

I have a Gutmann LLano extractor operated via a remote controller. Although the extractor is turned OFF there is a green LED and a red LED which are flashing. I cannot see any information in the manual which describes what this means. Any suggestions would be most welcome. GBS
