Professional pneumatic sheet cutter suitable for small cut
radius, with a rubber-coated handle for effortless work with
minimum vibrations. Safety switch against unintentional
switching on. Stop
arch and compressed air connector with a joint to prevent air
hose from breaking.
Warranty
A warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial use
and 24 months apply to private use and commences on the
day of purchase of the device.
Warranty applies exclusively to failures due to defective
material or workmanship. An original sale slip with indication
of date of sale must be presented in case of claiming for the
warranty rights.
Warranty does not cover unprofessional use such as device
overload, violent use, damage caused by third party or foreign
materials, failure to comply with operations and assembly
manual, and normal wear and tear.

General safety instructions
Safety notice! Failing to follow these instructions
can cause an injury to you or other persons.
1. Read the following Operating Instructions for using
the pneumatic appliance and follow the safety
instructions for using the pneumatic appliance.
2. ALWAYS wear proven protective glasses, ear
protectors, a breathing mask and safety gloves.
3. Use a distribution hose.
4. The control lever cannot be used when the
appliance is being connected with air supply.
5. Disconnect the appliance from air supply if not
used. NEVER replace any parts of the accessories
or SERVICE them if the appliance is connected with
the air supply.
6. Ensure a safe distance. Make sure you did not lose
balance.
7. Ensure that your hands could freely move while
working on the appliance to be able to execute the
work safely.
8. Use the appliance only at a speed for which it has
been designed.
9. Properly maintain the appliance and follow all
instructions for appliance lubrication and
maintenance.
10. Do not damage the hoses and connecting pieces
by carrying the appliance with its hose or by
disconnecting the hose from the air supply by
pulling. Prevent the hose from coming into contact
with high temperatures, oil and sharp edges. The
hose should be replaced if damaged or worn out.
11. Store cleaning cloths and other combustible
materials in secured metal containers. The
containers must be disposed according to local,
national or regional regulations.
12. NEVER operate the appliance with an air pressure
higher than 9 bar. Use the pressure regulator that
will reduce the air pressure to 6 bar.
13. Do not needlessly use long pneumatic hoses to
avoid tripping.
14. Never use circular-saw blades that are damaged or
bent.
15. Never leave the pneumatic appliance unattended.
16. Keep the pneumatic appliance away from children
and unauthorised persons.
17. Never aim at people or animals with the air current.
18. Never put the pneumatic appliance near body holes
– it can lead to injuries dangerous to life!
19. Attention! Risk of cutting injuries by the circular-saw
blade.
Before starting
Air supply
Important information on the appliance can be found in model
specifications.
Lubricate the appliance before putting it into operation
(see the Maintenance).
Operation
Wear protective glasses! Wear earphones! Wear
safety gloves!
Before everyday use, please empty the water from the
compressor tank and blow the condensation from the air
hose.
If seal has not yet been applied on the pneumatic insertion
wrap it with a Teflon tape (picture 2 and 3)
1. Press the safety switch.
2. Carefully press the control lever down. When you
are finished with grinding, loosen the control lever
and only after that, lift the grinding machine.
3. After finishing your work, first lift the cutter and then
relieve the control lever.
Maintenance and treatment
Trained persons are allowed to execute the maintenance
works only.
Following the mentioned instructions for maintenance is a
guarantee for a long service life and trouble-free operation of
this high-quality product. Disconnect the appliance from the
compressed air source at maintenance and treatment. For
permanent faultless operation of your appliance it is
necessary to ensure everyday cleaning and regular
lubricating. Use special pneumatic oil only.
You can choose from the following options:
a) Via mist lubricator
The complete maintenance unit contains a mist lubricator
and is attached to the compressor.
b) Via lubricator on the piping
In the immediate vicinity of the appliance (in a distance of
app. 50 cm) a lubricator is installed on the piping that
supplies sufficient volume of oil to the appliance.
