Installation and putting the appliance into operation
Before putting the appliance into operation:
Follow the technical specifications, pictures, position
numbers, use as designated provisions and the safety
instructions. Carry out a visual inspection. Remove the battery
cover on the tyre filler. Do the settings on the display.
Functions on the display (pictures 2, 3, 4, 5)
The multifunctional display enables various settings that must
be made before using the appliance.
Appliance switch-on
Calibration (pressure indicator reset)
Selection of the display switch-off time when the
appliance is not being used.
Pressure indicator measure unit selection.
1. Press the multifunctional button "ON" on the tyre filler
display The appliance gets switched on. (picture 2)
2. Then, keep the multifunctional button "ON" pressed
for at least 3 seconds before " ------" appears. Now
you are in the selection mode with 0/1/2/END on
the display (picture 3)
3. After repeated pressing of the multifunctional button
"ON" when 0, 1, 2 or END appears you will get to
the respective submenu. You will leave the
selection mode after selecting "END" (picture 4)
Calibration (0) (picture 4)
1. While in the selection mode, press the
multifunctional button "ON" when "0" appears and
calibrate the appliance by repeated pressing of the
multifunctional button "ON".
Display switch-off time selection (1) (picture 5)
1. While in the selection mode, press the
multifunctional button "ON" when "1" appears and
select the display switch-off time by repeated
pressing of the multifunctional button "ON" when
the required switch-off time appears (60 seconds,
120 seconds or 180 seconds)
Measure unit selection (2) (picture 6)
1. While in the selection mode, press the
multifunctional button "ON" when "2" appears and
select the tyre filler measure unit by repeated
pressing of the multifunctional button "ON" when a
strip above the required measure unit appears.
2. The tyre filler is now ready for operation.
Operation
1. Fit in the filter pressure control valve as necessary.
2. Do not press the pneumatic hose quick-acting
coupling on the connection thread and switch the
compressor on.
3. Push the valve plug on the valve. Hold the hose
when filling or correcting!
4. Press the control lever or the button. Filling of
discharging will follow.
5. Release the control lever or the button. On the
display, read the pressure in the tyres.
6. Pull/release the valve plug from the valve after the
right pressure in the tyres is achieved.
7. After use: disconnect the quick-acting coupling from
the connection thread and clean and store the
appliance when dry.
Changing the battery
The display is supplied by 2 LR 44 alkaline manganese button
batteries behind the display (battery life of app. 3 years)
If the display is not accurate or is working incorrectly, the
button batteries must be changed. Take the following steps:
Remove the 3 screws on the top of the display and remove
the upper part. Now the two button batteries can be changed
for new ones.
Residual risks and protective measures
Neglecting the ergonomic principles
Inadequate local lighting
Inadequate lighting represents a high safety risk. Adequate
lighting must always be provided for work with the appliance.
Warranty
The warranty exclusively applies to material or manufacturing
defects. An original purchase voucher with the purchase date
must be provided for lodging a claim in the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover any unauthorised use such as
appliance overload, violent use, damage by a foreign person
or an undesirable item. Failure to follow the Operating
Instructions or assembly instructions and ordinary wear and
tear are also excluded from the warranty.
Behaviour in case of emergency
Provide necessary first aid treatment corresponding to the
injury nature and seek qualified medical help as soon as
possible. Protect the injured person from other injuries and
calm him/her down.
First aid kit must always be available in the place of your
work in case of accident in accordance with DIN 13164.
Material taken out of the first aid kit needs to be
supplemented right away.

1. Place of accident
2. Accident nature
3. Number of injured persons
4. Injury type
Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
appliance or its package. The description of the meanings can
be found in the “Marking” section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the appliance against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending on
their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can
therefore be recycled.
