Anbringen der Welle und des Spannfutters (Abbildung 12)
1. Säubern Sie den Morsekegel und die Bohrspindel sorgfältig und halten Sie diese öl- und staubfrei.
Stecken Sie nun den Morsekegel (1) mit einem kräftigen Ruck in die Bohrspindel (2).
2. Stecken Sie nun das Bohrfutter (3) auf den kurzen Maschinenkegel des Kegeldorns.
3. Öffnen Sie die Backen des Bohrfutters vollständig. Um Beschädigungen am Bohrfutter zu vermeiden,
halten Sie ein Stück Holz dazwischen - klopfen Sie das Futter sowie den Kegel mit 2-3 leichten Schlägen
nach oben.
ACHTUNG: Um eine Beschädigung des Spannfutters zu vermeiden, keinen Metallhammer
verwenden, um das Spannfutter auf die Welle zu treiben.
Entfernen des Spannfutters (Abbildung 13)
1. Um das Spannfutter in die tiefste Stellung herabzulasssen, legen Sie die Spindelhülse(1) frei. Benutzen
Sie dazu die Vorschubhandhebel. Die Spindelhülse hat auf beiden Seiten ein großes ovales Loch (2).
2. Drehen Sie das Spannfutter (3), bis das Spindelloch (4) mit dem Loch in der Spindelhülse
fluchtet.
3. Führen Sie den Keil (5) ein und klopfen Sie leicht mit einem Hammer.
4. Die Welle und das Spannfutter werden von der Spindel fallen.
Montage der Bohrmaschine (Abbildung 14)
1. Ihre Bohrmaschine muss sicher über die zwei Bodenplattenlöcher (1) an einem Gestell oder einer
Werkbank mit Hochleistungs-Verbindungselementen befestigt werden. Das wird verhindern, dass die
Bohrmaschine während des Betriebes kippt, rutscht oder wandert.
WICHTIG: Wenn das Gestell oder die Werkbank während des Betriebes anfängt sich zu
bewegen, dann befestigen Sie sie sicher am Fußboden.
