Affilando i dischi da taglio piccoli, conviene svitare le viti di
sostegno. Dovete decidere individualmente, secondo il disco
da taglio da affilare e la geometria del tagliente.
Istruzioni di sicurezza per la manovra
Prima di manutenzione, aggiustaggio e riparazione sconnettere la spina dalla presa. Sconnettere la spina anche dopo aver
terminato lavoro.
• Utilizzare l’apparecchio dopo aver letto attentamente il Manuale d’Uso.
• Rispettare tutte istruzioni di sicurezza riportate nel Manuale.
• Comportarsi con cura verso le altre persone.
Manuale step by step
• Ruotare la slitta con il foro di fissaggio secondo il diametro del disco da taglio ala posizione necessaria.
• Scegliere un giusto adattatore e fissare il disco.
• Regolare la slitta in modo tale che nell’urto al foro ovale non sia possibile mollare il disco.
• Indicare le superfici interne dei denti con un pennarello nero ed il disco d'affilatura fermo appoggiare sulla superficie da rettificare.
• Accendere l’affilatrice e togliere la superficie indicata con nero per la calibrazione finale.
• Ponendo la grande attenzione, affilare secondo il diametro del disco da taglio un dente dopo l’altro.
• Quando vengono rettificate tutte le superfici interne dei denti, molare uniformemente i spicchi dei denti sulla superficie inclinata del
disco aiutandosi con l’arresto, perché sia mantenuta la corsa centrata del disco.
• Terminato il lavoro, pulire accuratamente la macchina!
