Centreren van de machinetafel tegenover de zaagband

• Maak de moeren onder de tafel los om de
tafel t.o.v. de zaagband te centreren.
• Beweeg de tafel zijwaarts tot de
zaagband in het midden van de spleet in
de machinetafel is.
• Draai dan de moeren weer vast.

D Maak de vleugelmoeren (Afb. 2/Pos. 19) onder
de tafel los om de tafel schuin te stellen, zie F.
E M.b.v. de gradenschaal (Afb. 2/Pos. 18) kan de
hoek ingesteld worden. Draai daarna de
vleugelmoeren (Afb. 2/Pos. 19) weer vast.
Spoorinstelling van de zaagband

• Schakel de machine uit en neem de
stekker uit.
• Stel het spoor van de zaagband altijd
voor de instelling van de
zaagbandgeleiding in. Controleer de loop
van de zaagband met de hand. Instelling
door het draaien aan de spoorinstelknop
(Afb. 2/Pos. 16). De zaagband moet in
het midden van het wiel lopen, zoals op
de afbeelding hiernaast is aangegeven.
Vergrendel vervolgens de instelling met
behulp van de vleugelmoer (Afb. 2/Pos.
24) aan de spoorinstelknop.
Vergrendelen en ontgrendelen van de zaagbanddeuren

• Schakel de machine uit en neem de
stekker uit.
• Om de deuren te openen moet de
vergrendeling (Afb. 2/Pos. 2/5/10)
losgemaakt worden. Gebruik hiervoor een
schroevendraaier. Let bij het sluiten van
de deuren er altijd op dat de
vergrendelingen weer gesloten worden.
